These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a contract between you and Saila Technology Limited ("Saila," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, services, or social products, you accept these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.
You must meet the minimum age and other legal requirements that apply where you live. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be transferred or misused.

You may stop using Saila at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety or legal risk, prolonged inactivity where permitted, or discontinuation of a service. We may also revise these Terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Provisions that should naturally continue after termination will remain effective.
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Nothing here limits a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Saila Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is unlawful.
